Proposed Extactive Industry Licence (EIL) application on Lot 8 (259) Wattle Avenue, Nowergup (DA2013/663)
Development Approval was previously granted by the City of
Wanneroo for extractive industry on Lot 8 (259) Wattle Avenue, Nowergup on 31
January 2014. In accordance with the requirements of the City of Wanneroo's
Extractive Industries Local Law 1998, P.M.R. Quarries (trading as WA Limestone)
also requires an Extractive Industry Licence to extract sand and limestone from
Lot 8.
WA Limestone has submitted an application to the City of Wanneroo for an Extractive Industry Licence at the above-mentioned property. The licence is for proposed sand and limestone extraction, and rehabilitation to continue to be carried out on Lot 8.
