Proposed Single House at 7 Evans Place, Two Rocks - DA2020/530
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 29 June 2020.
The application proposes a single house with alfresco to be setback 1.9m from the common boundary. Due to the location of this alfresco, comments are invited on the proposal with regard to the following Design Princples:
- Building bulk;
- Sunlight and ventilation;
- Overlooking;
- Amenity;
