Proposed Single House Addition (Retaining Walls) at 5 Pearce Street, Quinns Rocks - DA2020/361
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 26 June 2020.
The application proposes multiple retaining walls in the
western corner of the subject lot. The retaining wall along the north western
boundary is 12m in length and is in line with the adjoining properties’ natural
ground level. It is located 0.15m from the lot boundary and will be back filled
to ensure that the adjoining lot remains stable. The retaining wall to the
south west of the subject lot is 7.5m in length and is consistent with the
adjoining properties’ natural ground level. Similarly to the other retaining
wall it is setback 0.15m from the Lot boundary and will be backfilled to ensure
the stability of the adjoining lot.
