Proposed Extractive Industry and Earthworks at 85 Mather Drive (and Adjoining Road Reserve) in Yanchep - DA2020/330
Public comment is invited on a proposal to carry out sand and limestone extraction (extractive industry) and earthworks on Lot 9003 (85) Mather Drive, Neerabup, which is owned by the City of Wanneroo.
The removal of sand and limestone is also proposed from road reserve adjoining Lot 9003. This road reserve is currently vacant, and is set aside for a future northward extension of Mather Drive (north of an existing cul-de-sac head).
