Proposed Single House at 117 Anchorage Drive, Mindarie - DA2020/976
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 15 October 2020.
The application proposes a two-storey dwelling with a basement level garage.
The garage is 15m long and a portion of the front wall extends 6.5m along the
northern side boundary (common boundary), thus a portion of the garage is a
boundary wall. The subject boundary wall has a height of 5.4m. Due to the
undulating nature of the site, a portion of cut and fill will be required to
accommodate the garage/storage which is to be accessed from Partington Lane.
