Proposed Single House Addition (Front Fence and Retaining Wall) at 20 Abraham Court, Wanneroo DA2020/1138
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 12 November 2020.
The application
proposes a front fence and retaining wall at the front of the residential
dwelling. The fence is a maximum height of 2.5 metres above the natural ground
level of the site. This consists of a 0.7 metre high retaining wall which will
be back filled 0.61 metres to level off the site. The pillars of the front
fence are on top of the retaining wall and are of a height of 1.8 metres.
Horizontal Infill panels are to be installed which are of a width 67mm with
50mm gaps between them.
