Proposed Single House at 146 Reflection Boulevard, Jindalee - DA2020/1254
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 4 November 2020.
The application
proposes a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom two-storey dwelling. The dwelling proposes a
nil setback boundary wall along the north-eastern boundary at a total length of
13.7 metres at the upper level (in lieu of the 12 metres which would be
considered ‘deemed-to-comply’). The south-western portion of the dwelling is
setback 1.5 metres from the lot boundary, and includes a major opening at the
upper level which results in a level of overlooking to the south-west.
