The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 7 December 2020.
The application proposes a boundary wall to be built to maximum height of 2.7 metres and a length of 10.7 metres. The portion of the boundary wall that is over length (10.7 metres in lieu of 9 metres) is proposed to be built on the western boundary.
