Proposed Earthworks & Retaining Walls at 8 Darlot Road, Landsdale - DA2020/1073
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 4 January 2021.
The application
proposes retaining walls of a total 3.92 metres in height at 8 Darlot Road,
Landsdale. The total height of the retaining comprises
a maximum of 1.5 metres cut, concentrated in the western portion of the lot, and
a maximum of 2.42 metres of fill, concentrated in the centre and toward the
east of the lot.
