Proposed Single House Addition (Retaining Wall) at 91 Mindarie Drive, Quinns Rocks - DA2020/1575
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 23 December 2020.
The application proposes to install retaining at the site in preparation
for a future dwelling. The retaining is proposed to be terraced at the front of
the property, with a nil setback to the north-western boundary at a total height of 0.9m for the first (lower) terrace, and 0.6m for
the second (upper) terrace. Additional retaining is proposed along the
north-western boundary to the rear of the site with a total height of 1.1m and
is proposed to extend for a length of 23.3m along the boundary.
