The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 13 January 2021.

The application proposes a boundary wall which seeks a maximum height of 3.6m and average height of 3.45m. Under the acceptable development provisions the permitted maximum height is 3.5m and an average height of 3m.
