Proposed Single House Additions (Outbuilding and
Patio) at 35 Swincer Way, Koondoola (
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 24 February 2021.
The application proposes an outbuilding and
patio to be setback 1 metre from the southern boundary. The outbuilding is
proposed to be 10 metres in length with a wall height of 2.7 metres and the
patio is proposed to be 6 metres in length with a wall height of 2.5 metres.
