LAND DISPOSITION - Proposal to Lease portion of Lot 551 (120) Jindalee Boulevard, Jindalee
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City of Wanneroo proposes to dispose of the property as follows:
- Lessee: Shack Holdings Pty Ltd
- Property: 735m2 (approximate) portion of Lot 551 (120) Jindalee Boulevard, Jindalee (leased area of approximately 470m2 and licensed area of 175m2 and common area of 90m2)
- Term: Five (5) years commencing on execution of the lease by the parties
- Option: Three (3) years
- Rent: $36,000 (plus GST) per annum plus outgoings incremented by 3% during the Term and the Option (market review at option).
- Market Valuation: $36,000 (plus GST) per annum plus outgoings.
