Proposed Single House at 29 Hazel Avenue, Quinns Rocks - DA2021/182

The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 30 March 2021.

The application proposes a single house (two storey) and includes:

From Southern boundary:

  • A dwelling setback of 1.7 metres proposed for both the ground and first floor from boundary;
  • A maximum wall height of 7 metres;
  • A maximum pitched roof height of 10 metres;
  • A setback of 6.9 metres from the first floor balcony; and
  • 1.4 metres of retaining wall.

From Northern boundary:

  • A maximum wall height of 7 metres;
  • A maximum pitched roof height of 10 metres;
  • A setback of 6.5 metres from the first floor balcony;
  • 1.4 metres of retaining wall.
