The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 30 March 2021.
The application proposes a single house (two storey) and includes:
From Southern boundary:
- A dwelling setback of
1.7 metres proposed for both the ground and first floor from boundary;
- A maximum wall height of
7 metres;
- A maximum pitched roof
height of 10 metres;
- A setback of 6.9 metres
from the first floor balcony; and
- 1.4 metres of retaining wall.
From Northern boundary:
- A maximum wall height of
7 metres;
- A maximum pitched roof
height of 10 metres;
- A setback of 6.5 metres
from the first floor balcony;
- 1.4 metres of retaining
wall.
