Proposed Single House Addition (Patio) at 15 Barquentine Avenue, Jindalee - DA2021/252
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 13 April 2021.
The application is
seeking planning approval for a skillion roof patio at Lot 1834 (15)
Barquentine Ave, Jindalee. The roofline and posts of the proposed patio are
setback 0.5 metres to the northern side boundary. As
such the patio will be assessed against the Design Principles of State Planning
Policy 7.3 – Volume 1 Residential Design Codes (R-Codes). The proposed patio is
11.3 metres long, and the patio has a minimum height of 2.4 metres and a
maximum height of 3 metres.
