Proposed Single House at 171 Capricorn Esplanade, Yanchep - DA2021/208
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 19 April 2021.
The application
proposes a new two storey dwelling at the abovementioned site. Whilst the
proposal is generally compliant, a variation to the Residential Design Codes
(R-Codes) is being sought with respect to Clause 5.1.3. The application
proposes a wall on the upper floor that is setback 1.1 metres from the
eastern/southern side boundary. The subject wall has a
length of 16.6 metres and a wall height of 5.7 metres. The subject wall has no
major openings from any habitable rooms.
