The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 23 April 2021.
The application
proposes to install a new patio structure along the western side of the
existing dwelling. The patio is proposed to have a length of 10.5m, a depth of
3.5m and height of 2.6m at the boundary and 2.7m adjoining the dwelling. The
patio includes posts on the boundary, with the roof being setback 0.5m.
