The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 4 May 2021.
The application proposes an outbuilding which is of dimension 5.32 metres by 4.94 metres. The outbuilding has a nil setback to the southern and western boundaries. The outbuilding is a minimum height of 2.4 metres and a maximum of 3.1 metres. The roof is skillion style and slopes from down from west to east.
