The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 3 May 2021.
The application proposes
a new two storey dwelling at Lot 714 (129) Capricorn Esplanade, Yanchep. Whilst
the proposal is generally compliant, a variation to the Residential Design
Codes (R-Codes) is being sought with respect to Clause 5.4.1. The application
proposes a balcony facing Capricorn Esplanade that overlooks approximately 13
square metres into 131 Capricorn Esplanade, Yanchep.
