Proposed Single House Addition (Outbuilding) at 30 Ocean Drive, Quinns Rocks - DA2021/160

The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 28 May 2021.

The application proposes a shed and triple garage at the rear of the abovementioned property. The structures are setback 0.50m to the southern side boundary, 1.20 metres to the eastern rear boundary and 1.60 metres to the northern side boundary. The shed is of dimension 10 metres by 6 metres is located in the eastern corner of the site and incorporates a wall height of 4 metres and a ridge height of 4.65 metres. The triple garage adjoins the shed to the west and is of dimension 10 metres by 7 metres. The triple garage has a wall height of 3 metres and a ridge height of 3.66 metres.
