development application is currently being advertised for public comment until
20 July 2021
The application
proposes a temporary sales office which is intended to be used to promote
the Elavale residential estate. The proposal incorporates the development of 15
parking bays and 3 universally accessible bays on the site which will be
surrounded by landscaping and a playground on the property. Two signs are
proposed on the property. The first sign is located in close proximity to the
Marmion Avenue and Eglinton Boulevard intersection. The second is a pylon sign
which will be located further north along Marmion Avenue.
