Proposed Grouped Dwelling at 40A Hazel Avenue, Quinns Rocks - DA2021/877
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 3 August 2021.
The application proposes to construct a single dwelling and undercroft garage on the subject lot. As part of the assessment, the following variations to the Residential Design Codes (R-Codes) has been identified:
- A Lounge room window with a setback of 1.9m from the north western
boundary (common boundary)
- A outdoor balcony with a setback of 4.8m from the north western
boundary (common boundary)
- A wall adjacent to the
western boundary (common boundary) with a maximum height of 4.1m (from the
natural ground level), and a maximum length of 4.6m. The finished floor
level of the home is intended to be the same level as the current
retaining wall on the northern side of the lot.
