Proposed Extension To Approval Period For Existing Holiday House At 33 Compass Circle, Yanchep (DA2021/1225).
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 6 September 2021.
The application
proposes to extend the approval period for the abovementioned Holiday House
which was approved on 17 August 2021. Details of the proposal are below:
- Guests: Maximum of 6 sleeping guests for a stay on minimum: 3 nights max:
- Residents: will not reside at the premises;
- Visitors: All visitors of guests on the property are to be reported to the
property manager. A maximum of 4 visitors are permitted on the property at
any one time.
- Parking: 4 parking bays are available onsite. (2 in the driveway 2 at the
rear)
- Check in / out: All guests are sent a welcome email advising of address and lock
box key. Check in is at 2pm and check out at 10am
- Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property,
- Smoking: Smoking is allowed at the property. Outside only and cigarette
butt bins are provided.
- Code of conduct: Displayed and read by guests prior to obtaining the combination for
the lock box. Also included within the house manual which remains on the
property at all times.
- Noise Management: Excessive noise is not permited between the hours of 10pm and
9am, neighbours should in the first instance contact the manager with the
issue resolved within 1 hour and the complainant notified of the outcome.
In the event of an emergency the police should be contacted to assist.
- Waste Management: General/recycle waste bins are available at the property and are
placed to the verge for rubbish collection prior to collection by the
property manager or cleaner.
