Proposed Single House Addition at 12 Myrlea Trail, Alkimos (DA2021/1197)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 27 August 2021.
The application proposes to install an outbuilding at the rear of the dwelling. The outbuilding is proposed to have dimensions of 6m (W) x 12m (L) x 2.7m (H), and proposes a 2m setback to the eastern boundary and 8.2m from the southern boundary.
