Proposed Single House Addition (Retaining Wall and Front Fence) at 17 Hannaford Avenue, Clarkson (DA2021/1445)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 12 October 2021.
The application
proposes a retaining wall (and associated fill) up to a maximum height of
0.9metres above natural ground level within the front setback of 17 Hannaford Avenue, Clarkson to level out the
site. The application
also proposes a visually permeable front fence (1 metre in height) located on
top of the proposed retaining wall.
