The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 13 October 2021.
The
application is seeking planning approval to run a home business at (20)
Bodorgan Avenue, Butler. The applicant is proposing to conduct gym classes
on-site, the business is to operate as follows:

The
classes will operate within the existing garage on site;
·
The
classes will be held Monday to Friday from 8am – 6:30pm;and
·
There
will be a maximum of eight participants on-site at any one time.
