Proposed Single House (amendment to DA2021/11) at 11, Graham Road, Quinns Rocks (DA2021/1505)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 20 October 2021.
The application is
seeking to vary a previously approved application for a Single House at the
abovementioned site. The modifications seek to increase the length of the
dwelling further to the west. As a result, the previous balcony which was
setback 7.5m now has a setback of 5.8m to the western boundary.
