Proposed Addition (Replacement of Rear Boundary Retaining Wall) at 10 Springhill Place Two Rocks (DA2021/1731)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 11 November 2021.
The application
proposes the replacement of the rear retaining wall which is located at the
rear of the property. The
retaining wall is approximately 1.1 metres in height above the lowest natural
ground level of the adjoining property in the south eastern corner of the
subject site.
