The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 25 November 2021.
The application is seeking planning approval to run a home business at 72 Capricorn Esplanade, Yanchep. The applicant is proposing a beautician business, to operate as follows:
- The business will operate within the existing dwelling;
- The business will be by appointment only and between the hours of Monday to Sunday from 9am – 8pm;and
- There will be a maximum of 6 clients a day and 2 clients at any one time.
