Proposed Change of Use to an Unlisted Use (Photography Studio) at 4/32 Prindiville Drive Wangara (DA2021/1744 )
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 7 January 2022.
The application proposes a photography studio to operate within the existing warehouse unit (Unit 4). Details of the proposal include the following:
- The proponent will use a portion of the unit for warehouse/storage purposes for their own business, and a large portion of the unit will be hired out as a photography studio;
- The length of each hire session will vary however a maximum of 7 clients/customers are proposed at each session (at any one time);
- A maximum of 11 sessions are proposed per day;
- The operating hours are Monday to Sunday from 7am – 6pm;
- A maximum of 2 staff members will be employed; and
- No retail sale will take place.
