Proposed Single House Addition (Outbuilding) at 64 Strybing Street Landsdale (DA2021/1307)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 28 January 2022.
The application
proposes an outbuilding to the rear of the abovementioned property. The
outbuilding incorporates a nil setback to the eastern lot boundary for a length
of 9 metres and a 1 metre setback to the northern lot boundary for a length of
4.8 metres. The outbuilding incorporates a wall height of 3.2 metres and an
overall height of 3.6 metres above the natural ground level. The proposal also
incorporates a covered carport in front of the outbuilding which is setback 2.5
metres from Calendula Loop. The carport has a wall height of 3.2 metres and an
overall height of 3.6 metres.
