Proposed Single House Addition (Outbuilding - Amendment to DA2021/1798) at 101 Cassilda Way, Two Rocks (DA2022/166)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 25 March 2022.
The
application proposes to amend a previously issued approval for an outbuilding
which is located a minimum of 3.2m from the front lot boundary. The outbuilding
has an approved dimension of 14.9 metres by 7.4 metres and a maximum height of
5m at the rear portion of the outbuilding.
This application seeks to increase the maximum height of the outbuilding
at the rear of the structure to 5.15 metres. The location and dimension of the
outbuilding remains unchanged.
