Enrolment fees
- Term time clinics are paid for by continuous, fortnightly direct debit.
- Payments are paused during school holidays and automatically restart the following term.
- Term clinic prices are $10 per 45 minute class, to $11.50 per 1 hour class.
- All direct debit transactions incur an additional $0.50 fee as charged by the provider Ezidebit. This fee is per transaction (e.g. $0.50 per enrolment per fortnight), equates to $2.50 per 10 week term.
- A discount of 10% is available for additional enrolments. Please call us on (08) 9405 5645
to have this discount applied.
Cancelling enrolments
If you wish to cancel your enrolment, you must submit a completed cancellation form 14 days prior to your next direct debit.

Suspending your enrolment
You can suspend your enrolment for 4 weeks per calendar year, e.g. one 4-week period, two 2-week periods or four 1-week periods. Notice of the suspension must be received prior to the clinic starting. For extended medical absences, please speak to a team member.

Cancelled classes
All classes have a minimum number of participants required to conduct a class. If you enrol into a clinic that does not achieve the minimum enrolments, the class will be cancelled and you will be offered an alternative class.
Should we have to cancel a class due to other unforeseen circumstances, the following fortnights’ direct debit deduction will be adjusted and you will not be charged.
Casual bookings
To trial a class before committing to the term, please complete our registration form by clicking below and one of our team will contact you. Please note:
- Casual entry is only available for first time attendance. Bookings are essential and places are limited.
- Casual prices are $12.25 per 45 minute class and $13.25 per 1 hour class.
- After attending a casual trial, customers will need to register to keep attending the clinic.
