Planning – Local Development Plans (LDP) and Amendments

The Local Development Plan must be prepared in accordance with the City of Wanneroo’s District Planning Scheme No. 2

Details of Application

To obtain endorsement of a Local Development Plan or amendment the applicant must submit the following information to the City of Wanneroo:

• Cover Letter (Justification)
• Local Development Plan (PDF Format)
• WAPC Subdivision Approval
• ESRI Shape Files (zipped file containing all of your shape files) optional

Please ensure you have the above listed documents readily available to allow for timely lodgement of your application.

Applications will be processed in accordance with the procedures set down in the Planning and Development Regulations 2015.
