Welcome to the City of Wanneroo's online lodgement service for Planning applications. Once registered, you may use this service to lodge the following applications:

Development Assessment Panel (DAP) Form 1 Applications
Please note: the electronic lodgement of Development Assessment Panel (DAP) Form 1 Applications will not be accepted.
Applicants must make an appointment with a Planner and lodge the DAP application in person at the City of Wanneroo office located at 23 Dundebar Road, Wanneroo (Monday-Friday between the hours of 8.30am-5.00pm).

Development Applications with an estimated cost of development between $2 million but less than $7 million can only be lodged online if the application is to be determined by the City of Wanneroo. You must provide a completed Opt-Out Form at lodgement. Should you wish for the application to be determined by DAP please follow the Form 1 process outlined above.
Maximum file upload size
You will be required to attach electronic copies of documents in PDF format to support your application. A maximum of 50MB per page can be attached to your application. If the maximum file size of your application is over 50MB per page, please do not continue with an online application and submit your application in hard copy.
