Hire groups are still encouraged to maintain cleanliness of their own equipment, and that of commonly used equipment such as tables and chairs.

Attendance Registration 

Attendees entering City buildings can use the QR codes that are on site. Where people don't have the ability to register using the QR code, the hirer is responsible to maintain a hard copy contact register. Please refer to the Contact registers stakeholder toolkit.

Booking a community centre

Community centres are available on a casual or annual booking basis.
