Proposed Place of Worship Addition (Tower Addition) at 19 Bradford Place, Marangaroo (DA2022/414)
The application proposes the addition of a tower to the existing Place of Worship building at the above mentioned addressed. Details of the tower addition includes:
- A maximum height of 15metres;
- Setback 26metres from the northern boundary (Hepburn Avenue), 40 metres from the western boundary, 35 metres from the southern boundary, and 115 metres from the eastern boundary.
