Proposed Single House Addition (Retaining Wall) at 123 Cassilda Way, Two Rocks (DA2022/235)
The application proposes to construct some retaining walls on the site to create a level pad for a future development. The average ground level of the site is 11.62, the applicant is proposing a pad level of 12.50 due to the topography of the site sloping from east to west.
