Proposed Single House Addition (Shed) at 61 Quinns Road, Quinns Rocks (DA2022/262)
The application proposes an outbuilding which is 18m in width with a 500mm setback to the northern boundary of the lot. The outbuilding is 10m in length with a 1m setback proposed to the eastern and western side boundaries. The outbuilding is proposed to have an overall wall height of 4m, with a roof height of 4.7m.
