City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 - Amendment No. 201

Notice is hereby given that Council, at its Ordinary Council meeting on 16 November 2021 resolved, in accordance with the Planning and Development Act 2005, to initiate Amendment No. 201 to District Planning Scheme No. 2 for public advertising.

The purpose of the scheme amendment is to introduce the additional use of Car Park at Lot 2 (44) Delich Road, Carabooda.

Amendment No. 201 was modified prior to advertising to address issues raised by EPA Services.  Initially the amendment was proposed to apply to the subject site in its entirety, however this has since been modified and now only applies to the south-western corner of the lot.

The Planning Report remains the same as that originally prepared in support of the amendment, with the exception of Figure 6 which has been updated to reflect the modified ‘additional use’ area.
