Proposed Digital Pylon Sign at 196 Gnangara Road, Landsdale (DA2022/525)
The application proposes an Unlisted Use (Digital Pylon Sign) and associated landscaping at the abovementioned property.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- The pylon sign will be positioned centrally within the lot and will be located amongst a series of feature walls and terraced planting areas;
- The digital pylon sign is intended replace the existing pylon sign on the property; and
- The digital LED panel
is 9 metres wide by 3 metres in height and is positioned 3 metres above the
finished level of the site.
