The application proposes 2 x patios at the abovementioned address.
Patio 1 is proposed to be:

- Wall height of 3.6metres;
- Roof setback of 0.5metres from southern boundary; and
- Posts setback nil from southern boundary.
Patio 2 is proposed to be:
- 6metres in length;
- Wall height of 2.6metres; and
- Roof and post setback of 0.775metres from southern boundary.
