City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 - Amendment No. 203
Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Wanneroo has initiated the above mentioned planning scheme amendment to include ‘Office’ as an additional use in the ‘Service Industrial’ zone in District Planning Scheme No. 2 for Lot 247 (No. 7) Prindiville Drive, Wangara. The proposed amendment is to facilitate the ongoing use of the site for offices.
