Proposed Change Home Business - Category 2 (Produce Cold Meat Products) at 2 Limetta Grove, Landsdale (DA2022/591)

The application proposes a home business for the processing of butchered meat, including the slicing, rolling and breadcrumbing of the raw meat. The home business is to be run within a purpose built outbuilding on the subject lot. The business is to be run as follows:

• Operation hours of 8am to 4pm, Friday and Saturday;
• There are to be no customers visiting the subject lot;
• There is to be a maximum production capacity of 20kg of processed meats per week;
• There is to be no large scale machinery to be used, however it is noted that as part of the purpose built outbuilding there is a cool room which has a generator which will be running at all times.
