The application proposes a Single House and Single
House Addition (Water Tank) at the above-mentioned property. The Water Tank is
setback 6 metres from the southern lot boundary. In order to accommodate the
water tank at the proposed pad level, excavation will be required which will
result in the water tank being partially screened from view of the adjoining
property to the south. The dwelling is proposed to be located 19.8 metres from
the southern lot boundary.
