This application proposes a single house addition (carport) at the abovementioned address to replace the existing carport. The carport proposes to be:
- 10.7 metres in length;
- Post setback of nil and roof setback of 0.5 metres from the neighbour’s common boundary; and
- Wall height of 2.8 metres.
