The application proposes a single house at 34B Clarecastle Retreat, Mindarie and the City is seeking your comments on the following:
- Minimum setback of 1.8m to the east boundary to the upper floor bathroom and balcony 2 wall;
- Boundary wall to the east boundary to a maximum height of 3.6m
- Retaining wall to the east boundary that ranges in height from 0.7m to 1.6m for a length of 5.1m; and
- Balcony that is setback 6.5m from the east boundary
- Balcony that is setback 6.5m from the east boundary
