Food Outlet at 40 Butler Boulevard, Butler (DA2022/1112)
The application proposes a Drive-Through Food Outlet on the western portion of the subject site, immediately east of the approved Taco Bell Drive-Through Food Outlet.
The Drive-Through Food Outlet proposes the following:
- 262m2 of restaurant area and 36m2 of alfresco area;
- 9 onsite parking bays, including one ACROD parking;
- A drive-through lane accommodating 9 vehicles at a time;
- Operating hours of 10:00am - midnight, 7 days a week; and
- Associated signage and landscaping.
