Proposed Single House Addition (Front Fence & Retaining Wall) at 3 Knoll Rise, Yanchep (DA2022/1091)
The application proposes a front fence and retaining walls to both side boundaries, with a 0.02m lot boundary setback to each boundary. The proposed retaining walls have a maximum wall height of 1.48m.
Due to the retaining walls, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:

- Overlooking;
- Effective use of space; and
- Amenity.
