The application proposes an outbuilding at 67 Waddington Crescent, Koondoola. The outbuilding proposes:
- 6.9m in length and 6.9m in width;
- Wall height of 2.7m and ridge height of 3.6m; and
- Setback 1m from both the western and southern boundaries.
Due to the height of the outbuilding, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:
- Building bulk;
- Sunlight and ventilation;
- Overlooking;
- Effective use of space; and
- Amenity.
